Op het Steegoversloot, een steenworp verwijderd van theater Kunstmin, het Dordrechts museum en het Hof vind u sinds 2019 de knusse bistro met slechts 18 plaatsen waar chef Ron van de Merwe en gastvrouw Irma Visser hun culinaire en gastvrije krachten bundelen in de prachtige historische binnenstad van Dordrecht. Samen met hun enthousiaste jonge team combineren zij hier de romantische charme van het oude Parijs met de frisse energie van nu.

 

Ron’s keuken kenmerkt zich door klassieke bistro gerechten in een moderne stijl met een uitstekende balans tussen zowel vis, vlees, vegetarische als veganistische gerechten. Het ruime assortiment wijnen per glas, de herkenbare namen per fles, en passend advies van Irma zorgen voor een mooie pairing bij elk gerecht. Hiernaast is er natuurlijk ook een keuze te maken uit diverse speciaalbieren en alcoholvrije alternatieven.

 

Of u nu komt voor een romantische date, een uitgebreid verrassingsmenu of gewoon een goede maaltijd met een prachtig glas wijn om de dag af te sluiten; bij La Bohème vieren we het leven en kunt u op een ongedwongen manier genieten van goed eten, mooie wijnen en service met een glimlach.

At the Steegoversloot, just a stone's throw from theater Kunstmin, the Dordrecht museum, and the Hof, you'll find the cozy bistro with only 18 seats where chef Ron van de Merwe and hostess Irma Visser combine their culinary and hospitality talents in the beautiful historic center of Dordrecht. Together with their enthusiastic young team, they blend the romantic charm of old Paris with the fresh energy of today.

Ron’s kitchen is characterized by classic bistro dishes in a modern style with an excellent balance of fish, meat, vegetarian, and vegan options. The wide selection of wines by the glass, the recognizable names by the bottle, and Irma’s fitting advice ensure a great pairing with every dish. In addition, there is, of course, a choice of various specialty beers and alcohol-free alternatives.
